This series is about modern Europe. The heads of state want to help the lives of ordinary people and blur the boundaries between countries. They plan to facilitate the movement of people , exports and imports of goods. But the criminal world have used this political move for their own purposes. Thanks to modern technology they can reveal the most hopeless complicated crimes. After the tragedy, the special unit was disbanded. and all members of the group, which survived, dispersed to their native countries and address the issues there. Michael Dorn's assistant was kidnapped, because she collected a lot of important evidence against influential criminals. Dorn appealed for help to Mark Constant. He is the best European expert on kidnappings. The international criminal court has created an elite special forces unit to prevent the activities of criminal gangs.
