The main character of this TV series is a federal Fishery Service agent. He ends up in the center of unfolding scandal of spreading drug dealing in his region. It all began in Cape Cod, when people discovered a dead body of an unknown man, and now, it is up to our hero to investigate the case. He finds out that this murder could be connected with criminal syndicate activity. One of the most influential mafia gangs is trying to figure out how to sell banned substances to the black market.
