New seasonâ€™s events are developing on the background of general hype about the JFK assassination. After lengthy negotiations, the advertising agency â€œSterling Cooperâ€ was sold to new owners â€“ a major British company. This greatly affected the customer base â€“ now the agency will have to work more closely with European companies. Before the deal about the transition of the agency â€œSterling Cooperâ€ the new owners will come into force, Roger, Don, Bert and Lane to develop the concept of forming a new agency. Don and Betty are going through hard times. Their relationship is constantly subjected to tests of strength.
