In the fourth season Don Draper struggles to solve family problems. Relationship with his ex-wife Betty – first stable and relatively friendly – are becoming strained. Betty wants to limit contact Don with children, which leads to conflict, which he wanted to avoid. The eldest daughter, Sally most of all going through a parents’ divorce. She misses her father, and she writes regularly to him. Don professional life has also changed. The idea to establish his own company visited him for a long time. Don finally decides to leave the “Sterling Cooper” and taken with some employees.
