e, Myself and I season 1 is a one-chambered sitcom about three different life periods of the same man. Dan Kopelman decided to investigate and show the audience how the person has changed for 50 years. We see a boy of 14 years old named Alex Riley at the beginning of the TV series and the events take place in 1991. The next stage of life that we will see will be 26 years later. The events of the next episodes will take place in 2017 and Alex will be the man of 40 years old. And we will be in the future in 2042 at the end of season 1. The creators of the comedy TV show will introduce the viewers to the old 65-year-old hero who has already lived his life and he is at the end of his life.

Mid-life Alex contemplates accepting a new job offer and leaving his partnership with Darryl. Also, young Alex works with young Darryl on an invention for his school's Invention Convention.
Mid-life Alex becomes friends with another dad at Abby’s school, Ben, without realizing he’s the guy who ruined his marriage. Also, Young Alex competes for Nori’s attention on a field trip, and Older Alex runs into his former business rival, Kelly Frasier.
