The plot of the series revolves around three women who live completely different lives, and is based on their mutual relations. In two heroines appear completion and it is fundamentally changing their lives. Before Anna and Julia found out about her pregnancy, they allowed themselves to come off in full, killing time at parties and get-togethers. Now, however, their topics of conversation, relate only to their children. As a child Julia, over ten months, this makes it possible to Anya, turn to her for help, as a more experienced mother. While Julia has several children, this does not prevent her from being an excellent housewife and a professional journalist. Friends of Julia, always wondered how she manages to cope with everything. Everything else, Julia considers herself a true professional in the field of relations with the representatives of the male, so never skimp on the best advice to her girlfriends. Time passes and Julia begins to realize that she tired of her old life. This causes her to dive in search of a loving and responsible family man. The third character of the series Victoria, yet has no children, but listening to talking about the sliders, she is necessary every day. But after a while, she still thinks about marriage. Age issues plague Jill, Andy and Vanessa. Also, Jill and Andy head to a "Dinner in the Dark" with Lex and Brooke.
Things go from great to gruesome when Jill, Andy, and the kids drive to a party in the Hamptons and get stuck in a traffic jam where Jill has a run-in with Brooke's idol, Joy Green, author of The Joy Manifesto. Lex gets an enticing offer for Brooke's company, but Brooke has other ideas.
At Brooke and Lex's vow-renewal ceremony, Jill struggles with telling Brooke that her idol and wedding officiator, Joy Green, is actually a monster.
