Pegford town located in England became the center of events of the series. The primitive city does not raise any suspicions. The life of its inhabitants was calm and quiet. People have plunged into everyday routine and not worry about their future, because they are sure that it will be such as modern times. However, the unpleasant incident which happened with Barry Feyrbrazer one of the members of the local council made people doubt in their future. Barry is passed away and now his place should take another worthy candidate. But it soon becomes clear that do it so will not be easy. The situation is complicated by another factor is that the city is actually developed a bad atmosphere which no one noticed. There were some contradictions between rich and poor people. They are ready to get rid from each other at the earliest opportunity. Children become unruly, the couples also show a bad example, school teachers consider necessary for the need to arrange a showdown with their disciples. Fighting of the series begin to deteriorate rapidly after death of Barry Feyrbrazer. Now Pegford town has changed beyond recognition. It seems it sank in a dangerous time. It will be difficult not to replace those emotions that will have to test the heroes of the series. They will begin to change their views in relation to many people which all the time hiding their true faces behind the masks.
