1970s New York City - broken down and beaten up, violent, cash strapped - dying. The debut of a new musical drama The Get Down is slated for 2016. The genius of the creators of this excellent project was Baz Luhrmann and Sean Ryan. The first six episodes will be released in the first half of August 2016. Events of the series will take you in 70 - ies in the world is the emergence of hip - hop. The plot revolves around a group of young teenagers which live in the South Bronx. You will be amazed when you see how live the main characters of the series. You will see the impossible desire of each of this group of children to become famous, to show themselves around the world. They are willing to sacrifice a lot for the realization of their dreams. Particular importance in the series attached to apartment houses Bronx, Soho Art - scenes and the World Trade Center which was the witness of the events of the 70's. Actorish composition of the series will be very unexpected. One of the leading roles is played by Jaden Smith. He appears as a graffiti writer whose name is Dizzy.
