Cary is under arrest and is suspected of heroin traffic to the value of $1.3 million. “Florrick/Agos” begin to collect money for bail, whereas Kalinda has to resort to her old acquaintance to help in the investigation. Diane is ready to join “Florrick/Agos” upon condition that she gets the equal vote with Alicia and Cary. David Lee and Louis Canning feel that something is wrong when she announces her wish to quit the firm. In spite of Alicia’s remonstrance Eli discovers in the course of opinion polling that she has good chances to win the elections of State’s Attorney and seeks Peter’s approval. Meanwhile, Alicia takes one of Cary’s cases regarding Neil Gross’s wife. She has to find new sources to bail Cary, because Bishop’s money produced serious questions from public prosecutor Finn Polmar. In the meantime Kalinda finds the record where Bishop orders to kill one of the witnesses with regard to Agos case, whom he considers to be a secret informer of the police authorities. So the Attorney Office calls away the bail after the disappearance of the crucial witness.
