The Nevers season 1
Story tells about the heroes gifted with supernatural powers. This project is distinguished from most works of this genre by the time period - its actions develop at the very end of the 19th century. Accordingly, ordinary people have a completely different attitude to magic, and weapons and mechanisms are made in a steampunk style, which provides the series with a kind of charm. According to the plot, some people unexpectedly receive various superpowers, while someone uses them for entertainment and earnings, and someone for crimes. Right there, among ordinary people, opponents of a new kind are formed, who are going to forcibly make all members of society normal again.

With the city reeling from Maladie's opera debut, Mundi takes a personal stake in tracking her down, while Amalia launches an investigation of her own. Meanwhile, the charitable Lavinia Bidlow seeks to destigmatize the Touched at a society event, Hugo Swann enlists Lavinia's younger brother Augie to help monetize his illicit enterprise, and a deranged doctor conducts a series of experiments.
