The season two begins with the fire fight with Albanians after which Harold and Kopus are responsible to the authorities for their actions. Kopus is sent back to jail whereas Harold gets promotion to lieutenant. After a year of restraint Kopus is free from imprisonment and he goes back home on the pledge of the word with a monitor. We see some new clashes of an American casino which is situated on sacred land. At the same time Harold has to face Walpole local residents who do not want the Lenape tribe to receive a federal recognition. Afterwards Harold must investigate a murder case on the mountain. Meanwhile Jean does her best to snuff out the voices in her head by means of clozapine. So now the Lenape tribe possesses its own police force, and Kopus is persecuted by a tribal posse as being suspected of Chief Macâ€™s murder. Junior has Haroldâ€™s protection in a rude interrogation. After hearing of Captain Warren’s suicide, Harold, Jean and her parents discuss their uneasiness. Marie meets with the Tribal Council to discuss the issue of a casino, which Sky is fiercely opposed to.
Believing his career is over, Harold meets with the Mayor. Rachel finds Jean’s diary and is deeply disturbed. Kopus confronts Harold.
