Now he goes undercover at Litherland, a cash-strapped school in Liverpool. Darren Ryemill, the owner of an award-winning recruitment agency, goes undercover at the all-boys Forest School in Wokingham, Berkshire. He is shocked by the building's state of disrepair, with peeling paint and leaking toilets, and school head Ms Austin is forced to remind Darren that he cannot fix it all. He focuses his search for students in the school's Return to Learn initiative, where boys are sent as an alternative to exclusion. He meets 15-year-old Levi, who spends much of his time out of lessons. But a heart-to-heart with Darren reveals there is more to Levi's behaviour than first meets the eye.
