Second season starts from the moment Richie has been released of the prison. He is the brother of former mob leader. Ambitious gangster Ralph takes the place of the murdered Richie. He has returned from Miami and start a relationship with widow former boss - Rosalie. But the drug problems and the desire for fast money makes Jackie try to rob an illegal card game which leads to a series of murders. Ralph takes the decision about the fate of Jackie and decides to kill him. Family problems lead to the fact that Tony gets a new mistress with which he meets at the psychiatrist office. Ralph receives a family matter when his son Justin became an invalid after accidentally stabs himself in the eye while playing with a bow and arrow. For a long time Ralph can't find a place and seems feeling guilty that he left his child unattended. For getting insurance payment Ralph sets fire to the barn.
